At the second Problem Solution Fit education, students defined their problem more clearly through a problem tree in which they defined the key problem, cause and consequences of the problem.
After that, they thought about whose problem they were solving and created their persona. They put themselves in the shoes of that person and created an empathy map through which they defined how the person feels, what he thinks, does and sees.
At the end, they received instructions on how they can examine through an interview whether their users really have the problems they assumed and how they can create a solution that will solve that problem.
